"Pursuant to the 1st Amendment: Freedom of the Press/Speech and Expression... without Government Intervention"
This is The real Jesse McGraw aka Ghost Exodus, someone is posting for me while im in Seagoville Federal Prison. The BOP and DOJ has retaliated against my 1st Amendment right which is a civil violation, so here I am again, trying to exersize my rights as an American Citizen. I have been incarserated now for 18 months and counting. It has been a very trying experience, for I don't even have a sentencing date yet. My last attoney, John M. Nicholson withdrew from my case a month before my September sentencing date UNDER SEAL, to escape public/media scruitiny, and I have a new attorney who have verbally refused to give me proper defense. I have submitted (against my will) to two psychological evaluations, both times I have come out compotent. When I tried to take my case to trial, the Government tried to intimidate me by hiring SEVEN expert witnesses. While, I didnt even have one. They have made me the object of propeganda, which most people have absorbed without question. The FBI swatted my sister and performed an illegal search and seizure, intimidated her and harassed her, for she was independently researching my case and contacting the Jackson Mississippi FBI office and media on my behalf. The Dallas Morning news came here to the prison to interview me, and each time, the Prison retaliated against my 1st Amendment Right by denying the reporter access to me. I was accused of hacking into NASA and Dallas Police Department Aviation Unit, and funny... I'm not indicted for it, because AFTER my detention hearting, NASA and DPD said it never happened. Then I'm supposed to have allegedly put botnets on a hospitals HVAC system, then the story changes to LOGMEIN. But what the FEDS dont want you to know is that there is 27 unauthorized individuals who had accessed my account, none of which were members of the Electronik Tribulation Army. The prosecutor refused to investigate and prosecute whoever these people were, ONE I was able to identify, which is calle SELECTIVE PROSECUTION. So the perjury, lies under oath never cease. I am being denied due proccess and am being enhanced for obstruction of justice. No indictment, no factual resume on it, no arrainment, nada! And the real question still stands: "Who's harassing whom?"
